Rochester-Piece Theatre Feels the Blues History Come to Life

May 10, 2019

It's time to round off the end of the 2018-2019 season at Geva Theatre, and we are ending with a truly magical piece to Rochester's History.

Son House, a Blues music legend that spent more than 20 years living here in Rochester, faces the afterlife, but not before we learn more about his life.

I'm so excited to be able to chat with Badia Fahra and Antoine Smith about their characters in the play, the amazing set design and how they navigate it all, honoring Son House and more.

It's truly an amazing play that everyone in Rochester should see and learn about the trials and tribulations of a truly gifted musician.

On stage until June 2, 2019, so get your tickets today at GevaTheatre.org!
