Hara Estroff Marano’s article, Laughter: The Best Medicine in Phsycology Today, shares that laughter does lots of good things for us. Estroff Marano goes on to say that it helps us to reduce pain, deal with discomfort and may even reduce blood sugar levels. "Laughter offsets the impact of mental stress.”  A good laugh helps to build a positive attitude and can heal.
